How many Sherlocks does it take to change a lightbulb?
- Sherlock: Besides the fact that Mrs. Hudson changes all of the lightbulbs, if I /were/ to change one, it would only take one of me as I am perfectly capable of reaching up to unscrew a bulb. If it is too high to reach, which is a distinct possibility as not all lightbulbs are within my arm reach, I am more than able to climb a ladder and replace one on my own. However, both John and Mrs. Hudson would insist on holding that ladder if I would have to climb the steps more than halfway up to reach it, even if their protestations are unnecessary. To stop their--no doubt--discomfort at seeing me balanced precariously atop a ladder, I would allow one of them to steady it, if only to calm their nerves. But seeing as this question asks how many /Sherlocks/ it would take to change a lightbulb--which is an absurd idea to begin with, as I do not have any clones running around, nor have I ever met anyone else who goes by the name Sherlock--I would allow another /Sherlock/ to steady the ladder, and possibly hand me up the lightbulb, should I need assistance, which I wouldn't, so the point is moot anyway.

- Sherlock: In conclusion, it should only take one, but the answer may vary depending on the stability of the ladder used to reach it and the altitude of the lightbulb in question.
